It’s Pancake Day today! Do we need any more reason to have something sweet? NOT! I still can’t bust my diet on one day. So I decided to use my Low Carb Vegan Flatbread and make a crepe. Topped with sugarfree raspberry jam, banana (I know I am trying to stay low carb but it’s Pancake Day after all), blueberries and a dollop of coconut milk yoghurt- DELISH.
